I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. I take my family every year and it is our favorite time. The water park is clean. The food and the staff are amazing. Cold Drinks, something for everyone. We absolutely love it!

Several things for children to do. There's a decent fun bar and an excellent Lazy River for all to enjoy. The facility is very clean and managed properly. The staff is very friendly too and attentive.

What an awesome waterpark! Free to all members of Reunion! Great snacks and drinks. Fresh hot towels. Lazy river is a lot of fun. The little ones have their own play area.

I have stayed at the reunion resort multiple times. This time we stayed in a townhouse. A lil dated and could use repairs and updates but all and all not bad. The water park is a plus every time for the kids and I. The staff are always kind and helpful. It can get a bit crowded. I think they should consider expanding with the size of the resort. There are pools and hot tubs located throughout the property. And we actually opted for that one of the days when the water park was way too crowded. Seating areas are extremely limited. It would be nice if they had more free shaded areas for families to use. The staff offered my teens free cups of ice water when they saw them walking by I thought that was very nice. Food items can be purchased at reasonable rate. And there is a bar where drinks can be purchased. Need more supervision in kids play area. Otherwise I loved it and we enjoy going ! Planning to go back in July but will not stay at same townhouse it needs some work.

Heated lazy river is great. Kids park water was cold. Park is very clean and the staff are great. We went 5 days of our 10 day trip. The biggest consistent issue was the bar. I have never seen slower bar service in my life. Literally 10 minutes per customer and sometimes a wait of over a hour for a drink. Whether the park was busy or dead, 10 minutes per order!

Okay. The facility is nice, clean, and well-maintained. However, The alcohol is out of hand for a family atmosphere. There were groups of intoxicated tubers on the lazy river and a fight between two intoxicated families next to the lazy river at 4:45 PM on a Saturday. My 7 and 11 year old had never seen adults screaming, cursing, and slugging each other so that was a good conversation starter about the affects of alcohol. If you want to see a redneck rampage this might be your place. 🙂
